Description du bien immobilierModern study, ideal for couples. In an excellent location, is located in the first floor of a modern building built in 2005. This building belongs to a spectacular tourist complex called Quinta Velha Village with a large shared pool (opened all year).
The apartment benefits from hot and cold air conditioning. The fully furnished lounge/dining room has a double sofa bed, two comfortable beds, fitted wardrobe, tv satellite with uk channels, dvd player, Hi fi that plays radio, cd´s and mp3, sideboard, dining table and chairs.
Sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony with lovely lateral seaviews.
The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, ceramic hob with cooker hood over, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and toaster. There is also an iron and ironing board. The fully equipped tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, w.c., bidet, and wash basin with illuminated mirror.
Situation du bien immoblierQuinta Velha Village is a beautiful urbanization full of gardens, palm trees, trees and vegetation of all types, with a central area with swimming pool, restaurant, bar and a fantastic terrace perfect for that children play. As host of Quinta Velha Village may enjoy outdoor pool and lunch or dinner in the restaurant O' Monte. One leisure area, bar beside the pool and the pub Jolly Sailor are other facilities offered by the complex.

Located in Cabanas de Tavira the surrounding lands of ‘Aldeia de Forteleza’ are protected by a preservation order allowing this development a guarantee of privacy and seclusion. Cabanas is a traditional village and you can walk along the palm tree lined road along the bay taking the opportunity to dine at one of the many cafes or restaurants which overlook the sea. The village is also a few minutes drive from the bustling market town of Tavira which is steeped in history and known locally as the Town of Churches as there are 22 churches in the locality! The town rests either side of the river with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants along the beautifully cobbled streets.
Cabanas is also only a 20 minute drive from the Portuguese/Spanish borders and you can drive across the magnificent suspension bridge across the River Guadiana to view a traditional part of Spain where many Spanish choose for their holidays. You can enjoy the best of two beautiful countries in one holiday!
There is a Railway Station at Conceiçao (10 minute’s walk from the apartment) from which you can travel the length of the Algarve from Vila Real De Santo Antonio, a historic market town renowned for its linen on the Spanish Border, all the way to Albufeira.
