Description du bien immobilierThis cute, fully fitted holiday flat that can sleep 4 persons can be found on the 2nd floor in a 4-storey building. A nice green garden and also a shared pool belong to the enclosed house. It is suitable for max. 4 adults, or 2 adults + 2 children. It has a bedroom and a big living room. In the bedroom there are 2 single beds and 2 folded roll-away-beds.

Situation du bien immoblierThe flat is located in a calm street in Mahmutlar. It's appr. 150 m away from the beach and 100 m from the main street of the town. The first shop is at a distance of 50 m from the flat.
Ville: Turquie, Alanya, Mahmutlar / AlanyaMahmutlar is situated near by the famous and well-known holiday resort Alanya, between the sea and the Taurus Mountains. It is rapidly developing but still calm and silent holiday resort surrounded by banana plantations and villages. It takes apprx. 15 minutes to reach Alanya by local bus.
In the center of the town you can find everything you need: shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, cake shops, local market, bazar, tennis courts...even a nice small ancient city called Naula can be found on the northern part of Mahmutlar. If you walk further across the small villages and along the banana plantations, you can reach the foot of the Taurus Mountains.
