C\'est notre \"Klippitzturm\", une jolie maison avec toutes les commodités et le confort pour un maximum de 10 personnes. L\'expérience de l\'hospitalité autrichienne, les montagnes et les lacs… profiter de la nature splendide. En bref, comme les locations de vacances devraient être. En hiver profiter de la neige et de nombreuses possibilités de sports d\'hiver (directement à partir de la maison!): Ski, snowboard, ski de fond, luge et bien plus encore. Les conditions de ski sur le ski-alp Klippitztörl est un secret en Carinthie. L\'atmosphère chaleureuse et familiale offre un séjour très confortable. Le reste de l\'année, la région offre de nombreuses options actives telles que la randonnée pédestre, vélo tout-terrain, sports nautiques, pêche, tennis, luge d\'été, golf. Ou simplement vous détendre sans le stress de la vie quotidienne. La Carinthie est célèbre pour ses nombreuses heures de soleil et l\'été est habituellement plus chaud que les autres régions d\'Autriche. En moins d\'une heure se trouvent la ville de Graz à l\'est et Klagenfurt dans le sud, des villes qui offrent de la culture, des boutiques et des restaurants gastronomiques. Encore plus proche sont bien sûr beaucoup de villes et villages avec toutes les facilités nécessaires. Klipptzturm est un chalet de vacances idéal si vous aimez le silence et l\'espace, loin du tourisme de masse, mais amusant d\'avoir dans la proximité. Grâce au nombre de lits et de salles de bain, notre maison est non seulement approprié pour un parti, mais aussi très approprié pour 2 familles, un petit groupe etc. Situation du bien immoblierDescription of interior, floor planOn the ground floor you will reach, covered by the carport, the entrance with cloakroom, toilet and a room with ski-shoe- warmers, washing machine and dryer. Via the entrance hall you reach the in-house wellness. The wellness is equipped with a infrared sauna, steam shower and a whirlpool for four. On the ground floor you will further find a large living room with a comfortable couch (that can be transformed in a big sofa-bed creating two extra places to sleep) and a dining area. In the middle of the room there is a cosy gas-fire. It goes without saying the living room has a flat screen TV with DVD and a surround-audio system. Apart from this the house has a big semi-open kitchen with a small bar fitted with all necessary tools (including microwave oven, oven, dishwasher etc). From the living room and kitchen you have direct access to the big terrace equipped with garden furniture. On the first floor you will find 3 large bedrooms of which 2 with a double bed and 1 with a bunk bed, as well as a modern bathroom with double sink, toilet, bidet and bath. All bedrooms have direct access to the large sun terrace around 3 sites of the house. The second floor is completely allocated to the panorama suite. The suite consists of 1 double bed and 1 special corner bunk bed. The en-suite bathroom has a nice corner bath and a toilet, bidet and washbowl. From the suite you have access to the private and very characteristic covered terrace. The suite has a TV. Furthermore the house is equipped with one child seat (for dining) and one cot (camping bed). It has almost 30 km of slopes with plenty of varied and challenging descents on a height of 1450 to 1820 meters. As the area is very popular by tourists from Graz and Klagenfurt the infrastructure is well developed. Snow cannons guarantee that conditions are usually excellent to ski from December until late spring. The area is great for families with children and nature lovers alike and the area has more to offer then only skiing. In the area you can go hiking and enjoy the surroundings. For cross country skiers there is a trail at 1800 meters. Summer The region also has an extensive offer of sports and leisure activities. The recreational area St.Andräer See has a 3.5 acre swimming lake with a diving platform, waterslides and a sunbathing area. For children there are many activities organized and there is a playground and miniature golf. The many visitors come in summer mainly to Carinthia to visit one of the 220 lakes and to enjoy a diversity of water sports. The temperature of the water in the lakes can reach up to 25 degrees.
