I'm always sorry when guest aren't happy and they are obviously entiteld to their opionion but I disagree on all of the above. The aparatment has not received anything but great reviews before this one and I doubt that it will in the future. To say that the apartment was not clean is just not true, I take pictures before and after every new set of guests and I have gone through them, nothing to remark on when it comes to cleaning. No where in the ad does it say that there is a dishwasher available. And no there are no curtains, which you can clearly see on all pictures, and this is due to the leaning of the walls around the windows.
Laurant had not read the description carefully, if at all, where it says that the entire apartment has an open solution, and was upset already upon arrival over this. It also says that the apartment is best suited for 2-4 persons and that any larger number of guests will make it very crowded. Despite theese very clear instructions one of the guest was upset about the lacking of doors between the rooms and that it was crowded.
Again, everyone is entiteld to theire opinion but I will not be critisised on things that are clearly stated in the ad that the customer has just not read.
